Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients within the educational equipment sector and other related B2B industries.
  • Leverage your 2+ years of experience to attract, engage, and secure new business relationships, ensuring the continual expansion of our client base.
  • Nurture existing client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and continued business opportunities.
  • Develop and present tailored presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products or services.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, using your expertise to continuously grow revenue.
  • Gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements.
  • Work closely with the product development and customer service teams, ensuring alignment on client needs and expectations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in educational equipment sales and similar B2B sales roles.
  • Regularly update management on sales progress, potential opportunities, and challenges faced in the field.
  • Assist in training new sales team members, sharing insights and best practices garnered from your experience in the industry.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the educational equipment sales sector, or a similar B2B sales role.
  • Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the local educational equipment market dynamics.
  • Proficient in assessing and mitigating international trade risks.
  • Demonstrated experience in exploring and penetrating new markets.
  • Proven track record of client acquisition and retention.
  • Familiarity with the intricacies of key accounts (KA), educational institutions, and smart campuses would be a significant advantage.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales software platforms.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a knack for innovative sales strategies.
