Handle incoming calls from drivers and customers regarding trip, payment, or account issues.
Assist with driver onboarding, document checking, and account activation.
Maintain accurate data entry and daily reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Perform other admin and support tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum
SPM/Diploma
or equivalent.
Good communication skills in
English & Bahasa Malaysia
(Mandarin is an advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
Able to
work on a rotational shift basis
Prefer candidates who can
start in October
