Handle e-hailing related inquiries and customer issues through online platforms (chat/email/call).
Assist users and drivers with account or booking matters.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the system.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM qualification
Able to work 5.5 or 6 days per week (rotational shift)
Good communication skills (basic English required)
Willing to work in Iskandar Putri
Malaysian citizens only
