Job Description

Working Location : Bintulu, Sarawak ( Accomodation Allowance & Transport Allowance provided ) : We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our growing solar energy company. As an EHS Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety, health and environmental sustainability within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
• Lead safety and health programs to protect employees, contractors, and visitors from workplace hazards
• Develop and deliver safety training programs, and promote a safety-first culture within the organization.
• Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents, and develop corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
• Oversee the implementation of environmental programs to minimize the company\'s environmental footprint.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and sustainability improvements.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures, including incident response, evacuation, and first aid.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an EHS Manager with 5 - 8 years of experience.
• Must have DOSH certificate.

Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
