Job Description
Responsibility & Authorities:
- Responsible to support the QMS activities of ACSB for the in-charge departments
- Plan supplier payment
- Monthly finance report preparation
- Issue payemnt voucher
- Check bank statement
- Submit bank related document e.g Bank Guarantee, Drafts etc
- Participate in financial audit
- Issue cheque
- Checking and update price for supplier and customer
Job Competency :
- Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
- Solid knowlegd of financial and accountin procedures
- Experience using finance software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowlegde of finance regulations
- Excellent analytical nuremial and numirecal skills
- Sharp time management skills
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- BSC degree in Finance, Account or Economics or equilavent
