Job Description


Responsibility & Authorities:

  • Responsible to support the QMS activities of ACSB for the in-charge departments
  • Plan supplier payment
  • Monthly finance report preparation
  • Issue payemnt voucher
  • Check bank statement
  • Submit bank related document e.g Bank Guarantee, Drafts etc
  • Participate in financial audit
  • Issue cheque
  • Checking and update price for supplier and customer

Job Competency :
  • Proven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
  • Solid knowlegd of financial and accountin procedures
  • Experience using finance software
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowlegde of finance regulations
  • Excellent analytical nuremial and numirecal skills
  • Sharp time management skills
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
  • BSC degree in Finance, Account or Economics or equilavent
