Job Responsibilities

1. Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability;

2. Developing, implementing and monitoring production processes to achieve quality, cost and efficiency targets;

3. Troubleshoots design or process issues, implements improvements, and supports all other daily activities in production;

4. Developing, implementing and monitoring production processes;

5. Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements;

6. Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects;

7. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications;

8. Interacting with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field;

9. Conducting experiments and tests to optimise process parameters and equipment performance;

10. Providing technical support and training to production staff;

11. Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status;

12. Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and safety protocols.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or above, process-related work experience is preferred;

2. Familiar with new product implementation process, production process, and improvement process;

3. Have a strong desire to succeed and enterprising spirit, and be able to face various challenges and growth pressure during fast development;

4. Have a clear career plan, be willing to engage in management work, and be willing to work hard to achieve your goals;

5. Responsible, willing to take responsibility, and willing to work hard to make yourself capable of taking responsibility.

6. Must be able to speak

to communicate with customers.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
