Job Description
Position: Elevator Technician - Testing & Commissioning
Location: North Malaysia (Primary areas: Penang, Perak, Kedah)
Key Responsibilities
Perform full
testing and commissioning
of elevators after installationSet controller parameters, run safety tests, and complete T&C checklists
Conduct
QC inspections
prior to handoverSupport the installation team with technical guidance when required
Diagnose issues and perform
fault finding & troubleshooting
Provide daily progress updates through JotForm or the assigned reporting system
Coordinate with HQ and project teams for scheduling, documentation, and approvals
Required Skills & Experience
7-10 years experience in elevator T&C or service
Strong understanding of controller logic, parameter settings, safety tests, and standards
Able to read wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and installation drawings
Hands-on experience with gearless and MRL systems
Good communication skills and customer interaction ability
Must be able to travel across Penang, Perak, and Kedah and other northern parts.
Additional Requirements
Must strictly follow safety and PPE requirements.
Daily reporting through JotForm is mandatory.
Should be capable of handling T&C independently
Must coordinate closely with the North installation team and HQ (KL).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
