Company: Security Solutions Provider Position: ELV Sales Manager Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor Tenure: Permanent Key Responsibilities: Accountable to manage, support and supervise the sales department. Responsible to achieve all sales targets and goals set for assigned territories by the Sales Manager. Responsible to develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company\'s products. Maintain and increase sales of company\'s products and services as per the Company\'s Business Plan. Accountable to monitor and reports on market trends, potential projects and competitor intelligence to top management at appropriate platform. Responsible to establish, maintain and expand company\'s customer database with timely reporting on sales activities to Top Management. Responsible to update product knowledge and sales technique to customers as and when required. Accountable to research for new products and systems available in ELV, AI and such systems. Responsible to prepare professional proposals and meeting consultants and client requirements as instructed by Immediate Superior. Develop sales tools and conduct product briefing and training to sales team. Perform product demos to customers when required. Build strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities with reputable agencies and vendors. Propose and manage the marketing budget and pricing strategies to meet revenue target and profitability goals. Gather and analyze customer\'s requirement and current market trend to prioritize what products to be rolled out and focused products execution for projects. Follow-up with client after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Develop after-sales strategies and prepare maintenance and SLA contracts for company\'s key accounts. Develop strategies and tactics to getting more people to know about the company, promoting and increasing awareness of company\'s brand, services and market share, and also boosting the company\'s reputation. Identify and generate new business leads as aligned in the Company\'s Business Plan and Mid-Term Plans. Participant at trade fairs or Expo or major industry-related events to promote company\'s brand and its related products and services. Required to participate and represent the Company in any assigned events as instructed by Management. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Finance /Management or Technical related field. Knowledge and proficient with marketing-related software programs and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends and such campaigns. Exposure in accounting or financial environment in an similar industry. Ability to work independently with strong leadership competencies. Minimum 6 years of experience in the marketing & sales field, and at least 3 years in senior sales management position.
