Design, configure and customize ServiceNow platform and HRSD
Provide end-to-end support and perform test, change, release and deployment for already implemented solutions
Provide 2nd Level Support and manage incidents: Receive, categorize, prioritize and track incidents using Remedy tool as ticketing platform
Ensure documentation is maintained and up to date
Document known problems, workarounds, and resolution plans
Work closely together with team members in APAC and other regions
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Bachelor Degree of Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology
Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in IT or any relevant field
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform
HRSD module experience is a plus
Strong problem analytical, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills
High analytical skills, independent but also structured work in a team
Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM will be an advantage
