Job description
In your new role you will:
- Design, configure and customize ServiceNow platform and HRSD
- Provide end-to-end support and perform test, change, release and deployment for already implemented solutions
- Provide 2nd Level Support and manage incidents: Receive, categorize, prioritize and track incidents using Remedy tool as ticketing platform
- Ensure documentation is maintained and up to date
- Document known problems, workarounds, and resolution plans
- Work closely together with team members in APAC and other regions
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree of Computer Science/ Software Engineering/ Information Technology
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of working experience in IT or any relevant field
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform
- HRSD module experience is a plus
- Strong problem analytical, problem-solving skills, and good communication skills
- High analytical skills, independent but also structured work in a team
- Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM will be an advantage
