Job Description
Job Summary:
To conduct installation, commissioning, basic customer training, preventive maintenance services and machinery repair jobs for semiconductor and SMT products sold to customers.
Job Responsibilties:
- Provide technical support on site or through phone support
- Perform machine installation, commissioning, and buyoff for SMT & other industrial machines
- Provide technical training, troubleshooting and diagnostics, repair, upgrade and modification work, problem-solving, and applications support as required
- Identify and attend to system and user problems arising from customers
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide professional service
- Perform sales of preventive or corrective maintenance contracts and machine spare parts to end-users
- Willing to travel for overseas assignment on short notice
- Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 2-3 years of technical experience or field service, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Independent, takes initiative and able to work as a team
- Positive work attitude
