Job Description
Job Summary
To conduct installation, commissioning, basic customer training, preventive maintenance services and machinery repair jobs on precision machinery products sold by DKSH to customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning on all products under Precision Machinery
- Perform yearly/half-yearly maintenance services after installation
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment under precision machinery
- Ensure customers satisfaction with minimum customer complaints
- Increase service contract volume and spare parts sales.
- Do warranty claims on faulty spare parts and maintain service spare parts inventory level
- Diploma or Bachelor in Electronics and/or Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Knowledge in Precision Machinery equipment and/or cold storage equipment is an added advantage.
- Functional knowledge and experience in troubleshooting of precision machinery equipment
- Proven fundamental analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken2 - 3 years\' experience in similar role
