Carry out project support, complete the response to the relevant parts of the engineering in the bidding document, identify potential project engineering risk items and propose countermeasures. \xef\x82\xb7Promote outsourcing managers in bidding projects to complete outsourcing inquiry, and organize analysis and review of inquiry results. \xef\x82\xb7Complete the output of engineering cost estimates in various projects. \xef\x82\xb7Participate in the evaluation of budget estimates, and complete the implementation of budget estimates and cost optimization based on the evaluation opinions of the budget estimates. \xef\x82\xb7Output engineering quotation suggestions according to the actual needs of the project. \xef\x82\xb7Output engineering commercial analysis report as required. \xef\x82\xb7Responsible for the preparation of the PO estimate during the project execution stage. \xef\x82\xb7Participate in the analysis of the project estimate in the project review phase. \xef\x82\xb7Responsible for the GBOM/SBOM construction and the cost data collection of the engineering, and complete the construction of the engineering service cost baseline. \xef\x82\xb7Responsible for analyzing the baseline competitiveness of the engineering cost of the representative office, and proposing improvement plans based on the analysis results. \xef\x82\xb7Responsible for the application and promotion of the engineering CCG system in bidding and contract configuration, and handle the feedback problems in the application. \xef\x82\xb7According to the company\'s process plan, formulate and optimize the engineering business process and specifications. \xef\x82\xb7Promote the implementation and application of budgetary process, norms and fixed actions; \xef\x82\xb7Cooperate with brother departments such as Marketing and Contract Management Department to participate in the improvement of contract quality. \xef\x82\xb7Participate in the capacity building and business research of the engineering service business team. \xef\x82\xb7Develop some professional courseware and summarize and refine project experience.
