Our client is a Taiwan company producing wire and wireless communication, and digital accessory products.

ENGINEERING LEAD

Build and lead the Electrical, Mechanical, RF, Acoustic, and Packaging engineering teams and facilitate root cause failure analysis.
Understand product roadmaps and make sure the team is well positioned to support programs.
Drive priorities and assignments for the team members.
Work closely with the project manager team to create program plans and provide technical leadership and direction on project development.
Work closely with manufacturing and process engineer teams to produce design and field support.
Ability to succinctly summarize key findings and project status with high level report writing.
Good collaboration effort with team and other external parties, for example suppliers, vendors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Communication/Electronic Engineering or any related field of study.
At least 5years of experiences working directly with engineering teams and 2 years of engineering team management experience.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin as need to communicate with Taiwan & China plants.
Skilful in Microsoft Excel, SAP, PLM, Layout viewer tool (Allegro viewer), OrCAD, Oscilloscope, multi-meter, AC/DC Power source operation.
High stress resistance, high adaptability to working environment.
