Company: Manufacturing of Electrical Component (Balakong)(8 years experience) Working Hours: 8am to 5.45pm (Mon to Fri) Position: Japanese Speaker - Engineering Manager Salary offer: RM6800 (All in) s 1. Implement all safety improvement activities 2. To manage overall contractor working in the Company (work permit, work in height, hot work permit, etc) 3. To make evaluation report for contractor yearly service agreement. 4. To follow up tooling fabrication request 5. Monthly breakdown report and improvement progress / project. 6. Control, organize and manage subordinate work task, assignment, motivation, and discipline. 7. Responsible on related internal or external audit (fire prevention, safety, ISO standard audit, etc) 8. Manage on machine transfer, wiring or relocation, etc. 9. Responsible for yearly electrical shut down/ plant maintenance 10. Responsible for replacement plan for parts that need to be replace by electrical facility inspection Requirements 1. Bachelor degree in electrical/ mechanical. 2. Minimum 8 years in machine maintenance &repairing, facility & equipment maintenance, electrical & wiring and management roles. 3. Good command in English and Malay 4. Added advantage if candidate can understand and speak Japanese
