• Conduct troubleshooting of equipment failure on production lines.
• Suggest changes in working methods or operation sequences in order to improve efficiency.
• Document standard operating procedures, training and certification specifications as well as causes of equipment failure.

Professional competencies

• Minimum with diploma in engineering.
• Min with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge and experience in pneumatic and robotic management, motor and drive, feeding system and conveyor system (roundtable CAM).
• Experience in addressing NCIR.
• Experience in revising SOP.
• Experience in making sure of OEE and reject meeting target.
• Experience in supporting investigation of customer complain.
• Experience in updating machine performance.
• Preferably in conducting training for technicians, managing technicians and audit preparation.
