Why does this job exist and why is it critical JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA 1) LEAD and own Maxis Business B2B segment Marketing Communications roadmap - includes advertising, digital/ content/social marketing, events, partner engagements (both online and offline) and quarterly A&P budget planning for the identified segment. Must be align with key business KPIs across divisions ie product, enterprise govt and corporate segment heads, activation, media, digital and brand etc. 2) LEAD: Actionable insights into the segments - deep insights into the communities/ niche segments that will lead to fresh value propositions and innovative ways of persuading and reaching identified segments. Insights should be derived from both customer research and data driven insights (both internal and external data). 3) LEAD: Thought leadership and brand positioning for Maxis Business amongst government and corporate audience - marketing strategies must be aligned with business KPIs and data driven insights to drive acquisition, manage perception and increase brand consideration for said segments. 4) SUPPORT Maxis Business product and sales team via always on marketing & thought leadership (events, white papers etc) that helps generate leads, enquiries and tender opportunities. Manage marketing to ensure segment-related products are constantly having brand and media exposure and coverage. 5) OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the ongoing delivery management of relevant stakeholders - including internal stakeholders & external parties such as creative & media agencies. 6) End to end responsibility for the on budget and timely delivery of this brand activity including brief, creative development, approvals, production, notification of internal stakeholders, and results analysis.
