Description Primary Objective: Support CRO, RHB Insurance\'s objective and implementing a sound risk management and assessment procedure in relation to insurance risk management, and serves as primary contact / Liaison officer with respective business areas pertaining to risk management matters in Insurance business. Keep abreast on the development of risk management landscape and apply learning to support Group\'s risk management practices. Key Responsibilities: Assists on the conduct of the Material Risk Assessment for RHB Insurance accordance to the approved methodology and approach. Ensure timely identification, assessment, measurement and monitoring of risks together with actionable mitigation plans. Assists on the conduct of the RHB Insurance Risk Appetite statement, trend analysis, metrics comparison to industry. Review the monitoring mechanism of the Risk Appetite metrics and effectiveness of the mitigation measures. Participate on the parameter review for Stress Test input. Execute the assigned Risk Management Initiatives are completed as well as the assignments are well planned and executed accordingly. Day to day focus includes consultative discussions with the business units in the resolution of the potential risks and issues Promote risk awareness in the overall Risk Culture. Performs any other duties as assigned by the Chief Risk Officer as and when necessary.
