• Identify and analyse existing processes and incidents to recommend and implement changes that drive unmatched customer satisfaction and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Development and deployment of new processes to enhance delivery of all products and solutions within agreed timeline/SLA.
• Proactively engage with external and internal stakeholders to maintain professional work relationships to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
• Act as liaison between functions to facilitate communication and ensure smooth implementation of changes.
• Support continuous improvements initiatives by collecting feedback, analyzing performance, and recommending enhancements.
