Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bWhat are you accountable for?
Identify and analyse existing processes and incidents to recommend and implement changes that drive unmatched customer satisfaction and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Development and deployment of new processes to enhance delivery of all products and solutions within agreed timeline/SLA.
Proactively engage with external and internal stakeholders to maintain professional work relationships to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
Act as liaison between functions to facilitate communication and ensure smooth implementation of changes.
Support continuous improvements initiatives by collecting feedback, analyzing performance, and recommending enhancements.
