Equipment Assistant Engineer
Job Description
Work experience ( including technical/ professional training and qualification ) .
Proficient in using office software, process development, and document drafting.
Experienced in using SAP, MES, and EAI systems.
Possesses management and training skills for electromechanical equipment.
Knowledgeable in SMT, DIP, and assembly processes for electronic products.
Skilled in using basic mechanical drawing software.
Manages purchased and customer-supplied assets and spare parts in accordance with IATF 16949 requirements.
Other requirements?
Knowledge of fixed asset management and familiarity with the PORTAL system work order approval process.
Possesses dedication, responsibility, and a strong ability to handle pressure, with a serious and accountable approach to the role.
Demonstrates excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job responsibilities
Manage the asset warehouse operations. Oversee budget planning and management. Handle the acquisition, receipt, and storage of fixed assets. Conduct asset inventory and audits. Manage customer-supplied assets. Oversee the inquiry, billing, and storage management of tools and fixtures. Follow up on engineering service order quotations and approval processes. Manage the storage, cost statistics, and inventory of spare parts and accessories.
Handle the disposal of obsolete assets and fixtures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
