Job Opportunity .Equipment inventory management .Ensure timely and accurate submission/ declarations of data to terminals/authorities .Monitoring and follow up of Long Staying Containers (Laden& Empty) .Ensure timely & accurate capturing of CTM trans Job Opportunity .Equipment inventory management .Ensure timely and accurate submission/ declarations of data to terminals/authorities .Monitoring and follow up of Long Staying Containers (Laden& Empty) .Ensure timely & accurate capturing of CTM transactions in OPUS system. .Handling of empty repositioning .Maintenance & Repair (M&R) & Third Party Charges (TPC) Recovery. .Perform Off-hire, On-hire, One-way lease & Re-use of containers. .Ensure timely & accurate processing of work orders (EQR/WO), EORs and all vendor invoices (TRS/TES/MNR/TPB/SOL) and verification of Sub-agents/TPA invoices. .Container & Cargo Damage handling/coordination .Preparation/submission of required weekly/monthly functional and performance/KPI reports. Specific Area Of Focus .EQC & MNR .OPUS .SOL .Terminal Systems Qualifications And Requirements 1. Special Skills (Computer skills, quality knowledge, special programmes) .Good command in English, communication skill, .Good teamwork player who understands the goals and objectives of the Dept. .Good shipping knowledge (specifically EQP/M&R) and authorities' knowledge. .Ability to resolve problems. .Familiarity with MS Office Applications and Port Systems. 2. Preferred Education .Poses at least Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Logistics or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 3. Work Experience (years of experience in the industry and functional area) .At least 2-3 years' experience in shipping .Experience in Equipment Management .MNR experience/knowledge .Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
