Be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the entire ETL infrastructure. Participate in the overall architecture, scalability, and performance of the ETL processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Combine your ETL Development and Data Engineering skills into one dynamic role.

• Utilise your expertise in ETL/ELT framework, data warehousing concepts, and data lifecycle process to design and implement effective data management strategies.
• Process and manipulate various types of data (structured, semi-structured, and unstructured), ensuring high data quality standards.
• Work with RDBMS, NoSQL, and columnar databases, to extract, transform, and load data.
• Utilize programming languages, particularly Python, for data analysis and manipulation tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prioritize tasks effectively, meet deadlines, and manage your workload efficiently.

• Proficient in IBM DataStage or other ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, Apache NiFi, etc.).
• Experience handling various types of data (structure, unstructured, and semi-structured).
• Strong understanding of data management framework and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with different database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL, columnar, etc.).
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams and deliver to deadline.
• Strong communications skills and ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in insurance or finance industry an added advantage.
