Company Background Key Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities & Job scope include but not limited to the followings: Running the day-to-day operations of the front end of the culinary studio. Answer emails and phone calls including sending reminder emails, follow up on classes, thank you emails after the class is over. Scheduling of classes and events. Work with the Chef in hosting of events and classes including set up and clean-up of the dining room. Liaising with the guest chefs, internal staff, and clients. Close sales for events. Ensuring all the aprons and kitchen towels are washed, cleaned, and put away. Take photos of classes and post them to social media. Print recipes to hand to participants. Administrative duties such as ordering supplies, keeping the drinks pantry topped up, reconciling credit card statements, expense reports of staff. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diplomain any field. Required Skill(s): Customer Service, Proficient in English (speaking, writing) and typing skills. Experience in Admin, Customer Service or Event Management or equivalent from F&B is highly valuable. Highly motivated, results drive, detailed, a problem solver. Proficient in using a computer (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet Fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good interpersonal skills and strong analytical skills. Independent, highly organized and possesses good time management. Able to multitask. Must be able to work flexible hours due to events. It could be on weekends and on weeknights.
