Informa Markets, a division within Informa, creates global platforms for industries. We organise over 500 large-scale branded and transaction-oriented events in 14 specialist markets. These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.
We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.

This role is based in our Sunway VISIO Tower Office
We are seeking a dedicated Executive, Event & Marketing to join our team. The role involves supporting event planning and execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting in marketing initiatives to ensure successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and exhibitions.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Manage administrative tasks and ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Events, Business, or related field.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin (for communication with Mandarin-speaking customer)
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Flexible to work under deadlines and event schedules.
