Jiggee is an international Special Events Agency that excels in creating custom corporate and luxury events across the APAC region. The agency delivers cutting-edge event production solutions to global clients and operates from offices in Singapore and Malaysia. This full-time on-site role is based in Kuala Lumpur and is for an Events Executive. The position involves managing the planning execution and coordination of diverse events including overseeing budgets schedules and logistics. The manager will also collaborate closely with vendors and clients to ensure the success of each event. Event management and coordination experience Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Effective communication skills to collaborate successfully with clients and vendors Budget management and negotiation abilities to deliver flawless events at reasonable costs Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure as the Events Exec will be a crucial events operative in high-pressure situations Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular working hours as required for events Experience in the luxury and corporate events sector would be an added advantage A bachelor\'s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, or related fields would be beneficial.
