Organizing and ensuring the examination flow, examination materials and question papers are well prepared and maintained.
Responsible for ensuring that examination question papers received from the Schools\' accordance with standard template
Coordinating and providing security during the examination question papers printing processes, preparation of examination materials and storing.
Organizing and maintaining invigilator Forms filing record.
Liaising with the Head of School, Head of Programme, Coordinators and other relevant staff regarding examination entries assessment procedures and protocols, and ensuring the smooth running of the examination cycle at all key stages
Creating exams schedules
Liaising with the Head of School/Head of Programmes to discuss deadlines and other exam related issues
Ensuring that all required information is obtained and submitted accurately within set deadlines in relation to examination entries, changes, withdrawals, and assessment data. Keep up to date with all rules and regulations and deadlines
All aspects of the conduct of examinations as per examination board requirements and department policies and procedures
The processing and issuing of examination results in line with examination board requirements and department policies and procedures\\
To prepare Award, Transcript and Certificate of student.
Assist with day to day operations and perform other duties as required
Job Requirements
A degree/ diploma in related discipline.
At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role or position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working in a busy and demanding environment.
Able to work independently with tight deadlines.
