Main Role: * To ensure daily order fulfillment & distribution of goods are properly carried out and in timely manner

  • To ensure all movement of machine is properly arranged and monitored in timely manner
  • To ensure stocks checking and receiving are performed accurately and stocks are stored in proper locations/bins for easy retrieval
Duty and Responsibility: * To follow up on equipment order stock availability and plan delivery schedule accordingly with coordination among Sales, Logistics (HQ) and appointed transporter.
  • To ensure machine installation timely call creation and Delivery Order & Installation SAN Chit submission timely to Logistics (HQ) for Gross-In.
  • To ensure daily consumables, paper and spare parts orders are processed and deliver timely to the customer and CE.
  • To ensure all documents are file in proper order.
  • To ensure all RMA orders are close timely upon machines or consumables being returned by customers.
  • To ensure items and quantity of goods received are as per suppliers' /HQ DO.
  • To ensure goods received in good condition and shortages/damages of goods to be reported as per guideline and SOP.
  • To ensure stocks are well maintained and stored in the correct locations/bins and synchronize with system information.
  • To conduct monthly cycle count activity to consistently maintain zero/minimum stock discrepancy.
  • To carry out housekeeping and maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet ISO 9001 & 14001 requirements.
  • To coordinate with 3rd party warehouse to ensure fulfillment of orders are carried out as per agreed SOP and monthly stock reconciliation between FBMY & 3rd party warehouse is properly managed.
  • To ensure collection of used consumables and spare parts from customer and ship back to Logistics HQ with proper process.
  • Provision of Service & Logistics related reports as required by superior/management from time to time.
  • To check and validate vendor invoices and submission to Logistics HQ timely every month for payment processing.
  • To manage all cost incurred on logistics management (e.g. transportation, courier, overtime, general expenses etc)
  • To carry out ad-hoc task or projects for continuous work process improvement from time to time as required by superior/company.
  • Upkeep and improve service skills/knowledge in accordance to technology changes and/or as required by management.
Qualification: * Candidate must possess a diploma or a degree of any field
Other attributes: * Able to work independently as well as a good team player
  • Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure
  • Pleasant personality and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have some basic computer knowledge in MS Excel
  • Flexible working hour (Sat or Sun if required) and longer working hour during month end closing period
