To provide services to prospective, new, current and former students in the areas of admissions, registration, graduation, and record maintenance including students personal files; students identification card; replacement of student identification card; enrolment of new students; updating student\xe2\x80\x99s status and data; application for financial aid (PTPTN loan); class movement; subjects registration; class scheduling process, students absenteeism process, class attendance; discount and refund application process; daily collection report and monthly financial reports; and to assisting faculty/departments and the college community to provide services and support in meeting the needs of our students to ensure a smooth transition in achieving their educational goals. Responsibilities o Provide information to students regarding financial aid (PTPTN) program requirements and procedures/ guidelines on the application process. o Plan and conduct a briefing session for students explaining the information required by the PTPTN during induction week. o Verify all the students\xe2\x80\x99 supporting documents before applying the PTPTN application through online. Applications with insufficient documents are rejected. o Guided students to apply for PTPTN via online systems by programs and groups. o Assisting IT Department regarding Netbook giveaway for all students\xe2\x80\x99 intakes 2009 onwards. o Preparing monthly Financial Reports to be submitted to Finance department at main campus. o Preparing an invoice for students who did not apply for PTPTN loan. (eg. JPNS, self-sponsored students, etc.). o Do PTPTN reports to main campus (Finance Dept) regarding any payment received from PTPTN. o Do refunds and discounts process for problematic students example Hepatitis B, wrongly bank-in to college a/c, over charged to students, etc. o Participate in all regular registration and off campus registration by verifying student information and admission status, entering new students into the registration system and entering courses as needed. o Assists students for graduation process. o Assists students/parents with questions about billing and others related information. o Responsible for admissions data entry and others tasks related administrative. o Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned o Attending training/meeting as assigned o Assisting company\'s auditor for auditing purpose. o Assisting marketing department, attending walk-in students and answering telephone enquiries regarding course in formations, fees, and etc. Required Qualifications o Bachelor/ Diploma holder with 3 years of working experience or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications o Excellent organizational skills; o Proficient in MS Office products and ability to learn other software programs; o Detail orientated, accurate with ability to prioritize information in a timely manner; o Strong communication skills; written, oral, active listening and interpersonal skills; o Work effectively in team situations, demonstrate computational ability, o Ability to work on several tasks at a time; o Ability to respond effectively in a variety of situations; o Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change. o A strong public service orientation to work well with faculty, staff, students, and the community; o Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments Job Type: Contract Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
