Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chairman\'s Office, including managing budgets and effective implementation of policies and procedures.
Responsible for supporting strategic planning and the implementation of special projects, conducting thorough market research, and pinpointing avenues for enhancement and expansion.
To coordinate meeting schedules, prepare reports, schedule appointments, and take minutes.
Coordinate travel plans, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external seminars, meetings, and events for departmental purposes.
Assist in consolidation of data, compilation of research information, and providing analysis for business reports.
Manage confidential information with discretion and uphold strict confidentiality protocols.
Create speeches and design presentation slides for various events and meetings.
Act as a contact point between the Chairman and internal/ external stakeholders
Any other new assignment and project assignment from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Advanced Diploma , Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administrative/Secretarial or equivalent.
Minimum 5-6 year(s) of working experience in Executive Assistant or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Organized, systematic, responsible, and independent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to maintain confidentiality with a high level of integrity and commitment
Willing to travel occasionally
Active, Flexible, resourceful and multitask
