Support in managing and coordinating the planning, implementation, and maintenance, enforcement of country compliance program, including the implementation of the Group\'s compliance policy framework at the country level, including the resolution of non-compliance issues and reporting.
Job responsibilities:
Supports adherence to standards and implements procedures to ensure the country compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting non-compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations in Malaysia.
Monitor and execute the Group\'s non-compliance incident reporting system (e.g. compliance hotline, email reporting, whistle-blowing avenues, etc.) to ensure that these incidences are adequately dealt with.
Oversees appropriate compliance investigations, due diligent and audits in the country, including compliance risk assessment/internal reviews on all reports of non-compliance to ensure that all noncompliance are adequately dealt with.
Maintains current knowledge of country laws, regulations and industries codex, keeping abreast of recent changes.
As part of compliance education and communication local champion, support the coordination and implementation of any compliance trainings based on the global plan instructed by the GRC-Group Compliance.
Provides reasonable assurance to the Country Management Team (CMT) and /or Country Compliance
Committee (CCC) that there are effective and efficient policies and procedures in place, well understood and respected by all local employees. Operate a compliance program in line with tasks, objectives and priorities as set by and aligned between Country Compliance Committee (CCC) and GRC-Group Compliance.
Assist Malaysia CMT/CCC to create awareness and foster compliant and ethical behavior by employees through regular communication, training and education based on the company\'s Code of Conduct, ABAC and other related compliance policies.
Partner with GRC-Group Compliance on specific compliance initiatives. Advise Malaysia on applying the compliance policy framework in business execution and ensure effective information flow between all internal and external parties.
Build and maintain a strong network with the external compliance community to keep abreast with laws, regulations and best practices.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy/Business Studies/Finance/Law is preferred
Relevant compliance, audit or risk certifications (e.g. CIA, CPA/ CA, CFE, CRM , etc.)
Minimum one(1) to two(2) years\' experience in a similar role. Exposure and substantial experience in the healthcare or FMCG industry will be considered.

Demonstrate sound knowledge and execution of an effective corporate compliance and ethics program.
Prior experience in managing internal reviews or investigations.
Working knowledge of the regulatory rules and consequences of non-compliance, anti-bribery & corruption/ kickback, FCPA, UKBA and false claims.
Strong networks in external compliance community
Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the business and industry
Proven experience in managing internal reviews/investigations and providing meaningful solutions
Proven skills in managing compliance communications bearing in mind local business practices
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in additional Asian languages are preferred
