1) Creative Content Development Develop concept and artwork designs for internal and external creative content across multiple channel and platforms, by demonstrating graphic and visual skills using graphic design tool and software, to ensure creative communication deliverables can be delivered with impact and provide consistent brand messaging to all stakeholders in conveying business messaging that meets business goals. Develop and produce video & animation projects for internal and external creative content across multiple channel and platforms by demonstrating video and animation skills using video editing tool and software, to ensure creative communication deliverables can be delivered with impact and provide consistent brand messaging to all stakeholders in conveying business messaging that meets business goals. 2) Creative Output Management Plan and manage creative output through an understanding of creative briefs, business requirements and project scope by collaborating with internal teams /departments and engaging stakeholders, and collecting and reviewing feedbacks, to ensure a quality creative output that meets the overall communication strategy and deliverables. 3) Brand And Creative Consultancy Provide advisory, consultation and manage programmes on creative and brand matters by understanding and adhering to established brand guidelines and industry best practices to suit target audiences and markets to amplify communications strategy. 4) Creative Operations Excellence Manage creative operations and delivery by monitoring performance of vendors, continuously archiving and maintaining design tools and assets to operate at an optimum efficiency to ensure a quality output of creative content that can deliver business goals with impact. 5) Corporate Governance Analyze, develop and execute impactful communication content and design work and other relevant collaterals for internal and external audiences in accordance with policies, standards and guidelines for corporate communication and ensure alignment to business units\' objective. Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Advertising, Mass Communication, Creative Multimedia, New Media, Advertising Design, Communication Design or equivalent. Requirements: 5 years minimum of experience in graphic design and video production. Proficient in video editing and graphics design applications. Creative thinker with strong organisational and coordinating abilities with the ability to manage stakeholders. Experience in strategic/corporate communications, advertising, editorial, copywriting and publishing will be an added advantage
