Degree in Land Administration and Development, Real Estate Management, Building Management, or a related field.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain positive relationships with homeowners by providing excellent service and support throughout their homeownership journey.
Vacant Possession (VP) Handover
Oversee the VP process, including the coordination and handover of keys once the property is ready for occupancy.
Customer Briefing & Liaison
Serve as the main point of contact to explain house readiness and guide homeowners through the VP and settlement process.
Defect Management & Customer Experience
Manage customer expectations, coordinate rectification works with the relevant departments or contractors, and ensure homeowners feel supported throughout the process.
Issue Resolution & Support
Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential to address and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
