Vacant Possession (VP) Handover:
-Oversee the VP process, including the coordination and handover of keys once the property is ready for occupancy.
Customer Briefing & Liaison:
-Serve as the main point of contact to explain house readiness and guide homeowners through the VP and settlement process.
Defect Management & Customer Experience:
-Manage customer expectations, coordinate rectification works with the relevant departments or contractors, and ensure homeowners feel supported throughout the process.
Issue Resolution & Support:
-Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills are essential to address and resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Land Administration and Development, Real Estate Management, Building Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
