Monthly/Weekly scheduling planning for redressing based on forecast/demand.
Working closely with Inbound team to ensure all arrivals had been GR accordingly. From the data, planning for stock available for selling is needed to ensure supply availability within KPI days.
Working closely with Inventory Management (IM) Team, Client Management (CM) via S&OP Meeting or other avenue to get the visibility of incoming shipment.
Working closely with Inventory Team for space planning in the DC.
Reviewing cycle time for each SKU from time to time for planning improvement purpose.
Act as RRC (Redressing & Relabeling Centre) & Inbound front liner on correspondent all communication related RRC & Inbound planning
Get the plan and scheduling for each RRC line accordingly for each order (MPO) receive to ensure RRC dept hitting the KPI requirements as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Resources planning on manning and machine/line availability based on demand receive from Outstanding PO and forecast provided by CM team. (Backup basis when necessary)
Printing & Packaging Material (PPM) planning to ensure PPM availability for smooth Redressing activities. (Backup basis when necessary)
Liaison with cross functional departments to better co-ordinate operations activities in order to achieve high service level to stakeholders and clients.
Prepare monthly KPI report which is relevant for this role.
General Responsibilities
Using the available Arrival Shipping Notification (ASN) from Inbound team/Forwarder team to do Master Planning for GMP and Non-GMP products.
To coordinate and plan when receiving forecast/demand planning file from Client Management (CM) team.
To prepare weekly scheduling planning for all incoming stocks (GR) require redressing job including Sub-Con, POS/SIA, invoice etc.
To rectify and follow up closely all redressing pending job in the KPI System with inter department for the closure
To plan, lead, organize and control daily RRC production planning report and to share with RRC operations team and other relevance stakeholders on daily basis.
To reply and correspondence email from client, QA, BU & internal SADC.
To prepare monthly KPI report (for GR and Sub-con) and present to Head of Department after reviewing issues from internal or external factor.
To report and highlight to superior for any aging or non-aging unsolved issues.
To update daily KPI System to ensure within KPI/SLA and follow up on pending job up to closure.
To raise and follow-up any abnormality found during operations to relevance stakeholders.
To support and to reply and close on DR/SCUBA system within the agreed timeline.
To support and approve mock-up sample prepared by line leader & verified the line before & after redressing according to GMP requirement.
To recommend appropriate workflow and procedures from time to time in order to improve workflow progress.
To ensure personal hygiene are kept in accordance with satisfactory condition - make it generic for all.
To adhere and follows all existing GMP, SADC and SOP procedures.
To undertake any duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior in charge and/or the management.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Minimum 2 year of working experiences in similar industry.
Able to work in Shah Alam DC
Education
Diploma/Degree of Supply Chain, Logistics or other similar field of study.
Willing to be based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah
