Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of development strategies and initiatives to improve employee engagement including but not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, retention, recognition, learning and development, diversity, wellness, and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment.
• Support the delivery of culture change projects to build on employee and organizational performance across the business.
• Coordinate and administer employee surveys, facilitating focus groups and support implementation of countermeasures.
• Analyse employee engagement data and prepare reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives that is aligned with the organization\'s goals and culture.
• Support talent management strategies, including succession planning, development, retention, and engagement, to ensure the best people are in the right roles for success and growth.
• Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace by supporting the implementation of strategies that promotes equity, inclusivity, and respect for all employees.
• Support the HR team on an ad hoc basis.
• To facilitate and support the development and implementation of initiatives that improves employee engagement and creating a positive working environment.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
• It will be an advantage if the candidate has 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Innovative thinking and creativity to design engaging programs and activities that resonate with employees.
