Job Description

EventsResponsible to execute the company\'s planned & ad hoc events / campaigns

• To prepare concept proposals and budgets
• To analyse and recommend course of action on proposals received from tenants and external parties
• To achieve the key objective of the campaigns & events; increase mall footfall & Tenants\' sales,
• To ensure effective implementation and coordination of duties internally amongst departments for events & promotions
• To seek for sponsorship & partnership to further complement the events & campaigns
• To study and understand market trends & competitors\' directions and ensure the events & campaigns are abreast to market needs and change
• To conduct event post mortem to identify areas for improvement

Tenant Relations, Promotions & Advertising

• To develop and execute effective advertising strategies for mall events & campaign
• To liaise with agencies in production of advertising & marketing collaterals in support of campaigns\' awareness & branding
• To ensure & maintain standards of the mall and compliance in corporate identity
• To develop & maintain relationship with Tenants, continuously provide assistance & support as and when required

Administrative duties

• To prepare monthly A&P income & expenses report
• Monitor and compile press coverage of the mall\'s and competitors
• To maintain and upkeep an inventory of all promotional materials
• Proper documentation of events & campaigns
• To follow-up with tenants & external parties on payment / rental collection

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Mass Communications, Marketing or related discipline
• Preferably from events or shopping mall background
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator etc)
• Must possessed own transport and willing to work in Putrajaya
• Good academic result and pleasant personality
• Willing to work odd hour
