Job Description


  • Source, negotiate and partner with reliable vendors for best pricing, terms, quality and delivery/service.
  • Perform cost and scenario analysis and benchmarking.
  • Well verse with tendering process, evaluate bids and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
  • Manage and coordinate all procurement related activities.
  • To process PR, prepare PR, process invoice and purchase report and implement procurement strategies.
  • Perform site visits with vendors and end users and cooperatively work with other department to resolve issue related to procurement.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in any Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
  • Must be willing to work in Putrajaya
  • Possessed own transport
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic and result oriented.
  • Able to work independently and work under tight deadlines.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
