Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day financial activities of the company, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports.Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable and receivable data.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts and ensure timely reporting of all financial statements.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Manage Accounts Receivable / Credit Control functions including credit term policy, aging monitoring, provision and etc
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
- Assist in the preparation of reporting & ad hoc report
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Able to work under tight dateline & independent
- Applicants must be willing to work in IOI City Mall, Putrajaya
- Possessed own transport
- Able to multi-languages - Bahasa Melayu and English
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General Accounting or equivalent.
