• A sound degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial controlling and financial analysis.
• Have good analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and networking skills are a must.
• A results-oriented team player with a focus on accuracy as well as a pro-active attitude.
• Ability to prioritize activities, comply to deadlines with highest quality
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to work in a multicultural environment and have flexibility to work in a multitude of time zones.
• Profound MS office skills
• Accounting knowledge and principles required.
• Knowledge regarding Siemens-Energy reporting processes (e.g. ESPRIT, Budgeting, Planning, FC process, support function controlling) is an added advantage.
• SAP systems knowledge is an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Support in facilitating Actuals Reporting, Function Controlling, Budget processes and Rolling Forecast processes, for timely and accurate reporting to central consolidation tool (SAP).and in accordance to the financial reporting guidelines and principles.

• Support all operational activities including monthly closing, cost allocations to business units/countries, charging of direct charges, creation and releases of accruals and provisions, budget and forecast uploads, correction of bookings.
• Support actively on the annual true-up process.
• Set-up and manage Internal Service agreements, supporting the service owners. Ensure that the contracts are in place, collect the charging details, arrange timely charging according to agreed schedule.
• Ensure Tax and Legal compliance
• For incoming charges/ invoices ensure that the agreed conditions e.g. quantities, timelines are adhered to.
• Support the local Purchase to Pay process by checking budget and forecast adherence and correct charging.
• Prepare financial analysis of key figures Budget v/s Forecast v/s Actuals for an entity/region.
• Drive digitalization in your area of responsibility for controlling and reporting topics in order to support productivity and synergy initiatives. This includes ideas generation and execution. Provide transparency on IT performance KPI.
• Carry out adhoc analysis and process alignment as required.
• Part of a Commercial Team with diverse knowledge base that is involved in Controlling and Financial Analysis tasks focusing on IT topics. This involves coordination with multiple countries, Regional and Global.
• SE Information Technology function is setup as a global service organization that is deployed in 4 key Regions. The IT Finance Controller role is hired for the Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific Region, and is located in Malaysia.
