SUMMARY

At Teleport, we are on a mission to reimagine logistics and launch the services that truly empower modern day businesses. Today, that means connecting Southeast Asia through door to door delivery services in under 24 hours. Our deep integration with Airasia\xe2\x80\x99s network and infrastructure puts us in a unique position to achieve what otherwise sounds impossible, and we need your passion and energy to bring this to a reality.

SALARY RANGE : RM 3,100 - RM 5,800

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

Execute various internal and external analyses to help drive decision-making and organizational execution

Support preparation of presentations for discussion at various levels of the organization

Support the development of strategic recommendations based on insights gleaned from data analysis

Work collaboratively with various groups to develop concepts / tools / insights / a solution to a problem

Form working relationships with people across groups, and leverage those relationships to drive your problem-solving

Manage multiple project timeline and milestones incl. manage pilot implementations of new initiatives

Roll up their sleeves as needed, and never delegate work that one would not be willing to do themselves

SKILLS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a \xe2\x80\x98must-have\xe2\x80\x99 for the role:

Humble enough to realise that they do not have all the answers, and that learning from others is key to success

Excellent problem solving skills, with a focus on delivering implementable solutions and results

Willingness to work outside their comfort zone and try new things

Fast learner with an ability to work access diverse business topics and analyses

Have a bias-to-action and accepts that done well today is better than done perfect next week

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and dealing with \xe2\x80\x9cblank paper\xe2\x80\x9d situations

Able to drive the thinking process independently; knows how to leverage managers / top management as needed

Generally curious, with a habit of challenging the status quo (within logical reason)

Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

Highly developed oral & written communication skills - especially in english

Open to travelling across Asia

Strong interest in business and management; able to carry a conversation on the latest business news

Adaptability to deliver in a high volume, fast-paced and dynamic environment - often under tight deadlines

Possess an entrepreneurial \xe2\x80\x98can-do\xe2\x80\x99 attitude - even when the subject matter is new and foreign to you

Proven ability to influence people at all levels in the organization through strong interpersonal skills

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

At least an undergraduate degree, any discipline

Advanced degree considered a plus

0-3 years of related experience, or experience doing work involving strong analytics
