Encorp Berhad Selangor MYR 2,700 - MYR 4,200 Job Highlights Great Place to Work Flexible Working Hours Excellent Benefit Key Responsibilities Responsibility for the information technology and facility management required by the organization eg: network & servers infrastructure. To provide support to end-users by performing troubleshooting, maintenance, training on activities related to IT; To perform health-check and monitoring of servers, networks, and services on a periodic basis; To provide troubleshoot and provide hardware, software, and network support and maintenance. To perform databases, directories files, system files backup, disk space, and system logs housekeeping; To monitor and ensure that the latest anti-virus pattern files are updated on time and to clean all viruses infected PCs, laptops, and servers; Monitor and maintain Firewall network security to ensure the network systems are protected from cyber threats, including bugs, malware, and hacking attempts; Manage IT acquisition, inventory, and supplies To ensure computer inventory list is up-to-date; To conduct any unauthorized software checking company-wide on a periodic basis; To handle the disposal of hardware as per the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures; To create and maintain user IDs, logins, and email IDs with proper paperwork and authorizations; To ensure the upkeep of server, mail server, internet connection, firewall, DNS, DHCP, proxy, corporate web page and etc; To act as backup support in the absence of other colleagues/subordinates; To execute all tasks and responsibilities assigned by immediate superior; and To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by immediate superior. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be confident in leading the business and steering the company to the most profitable position while implementing its vision, mission, and long-term goals. The candidate must possess the requirements below: Experience in Windows (Windows server 2016, 2019 & 2021) or Linux server OS (Ubuntu Server & Linux Hosting server). Experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO, Hyper-V Manager, SSL, LDAP. Experience in Virtual Machine Technology, Veeam Backup solution, data restoration and disaster recovery process. Experience in Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDrac) or Open Manage Server Administrator (OMSA) will be a value added Hands-on experience in installing and configuring networking and security controls for L2/L3 switch. Demonstrated knowledge of scripting and experience with regular expressions, bash & PowerShell. Experience in implementing Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) solutions (Fortigate & FortiAnalyzer). Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing LAN/WAN and wireless networking and protocols including ethernet, AP, etc. Install, support and maintain hardware and software IT Infrastructure such as IP and IPPBX telephony system, printer server. Experience in Exchange Online & Office 365 as global administrator work hard, soft spoken, obey, time management, willing to work overtime and outstation.
