Overview:
The Jobholder will provide administrative/operational and service delivery support to Learning & Development team. She/he will contribute towards the success of our organisation\xe2\x80\x99s Vision and Mission through effective planning and implementation of all learning and development operational deliverables benefiting all levels of employees. He/she must have demonstrated capability in interacting with both internal and external stakeholders with minimal supervision. From an operations aspect, the role requires the jobholder to have professional knowledge and skills in programme administration and record management.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Solution/Service Delivery


  • Support/coordinate the department\xe2\x80\x99s operations and training logistics requirements

  • Ensure training records of employees are captured accurately into HRMS/LMS

  • Execute process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency of Learning & Development function within the organisation

  • Produce evaluation reports of learning and development interventions in timely manner


Relationship Management

  • Supports Learning & Development management team in employees\xe2\x80\x99 enquiries

  • Liaise with external providers to fulfil identified learning and development requests


Financial Reporting &Management

  • Assist in administrating training expenditures and training budget

  • Provide support in training expenses claims by employees

  • Process invoices related to training


Jobholder Requirements:
Education/Qualification

  • Malaysian citizen

  • Fresh Graduate/Diploma/ Degree holders (preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or Psychology)

  • Completed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia


Experience

  • Fresh graduate or with work experience in any industry

  • Able to administer and execute work processes

  • Possesses the experience in liaising with service providers or vendors

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suites, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
