DESKRIPSI LOWONGAN KERJA

Responsibilities:

• Handle day to day operations of the business functions and duties
• Support the Senior Consultants in program administration in dealing with the CeDR business partners
• Filing, process documentation and prepare reports relating to CRM and registration.
• Assist in office administration activities (reports, handling call enquiries and communicate with internal clients when necessary)
• Manage on the registration, submission needed to all HRD Corp claims
• Assist in the coordination, supervision, and completion of special projects, when assigned
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Manage training facilities (training room set-up, F&B arrangement etc)
• Handling petty cash

Requirements:

• A Diploma/Degree holder in any related discipline.
• Possess strong analytical and administrative skills.
• Good Spreadsheet and Excel knowledge.
• Possess good sense of urgency and follow-up skills in completing tasks.
• Excellent organization, communication and problem solving skills.
• A high degree of self-motivation and adaptable to be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good interpersonal skills and writing skills
• Strong commercial awareness and good customer service
• the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
• Willing to work at Klang

The Group has set up Play Up Advance, a one-stop beauty concept store which features more than 10,000 products from over 300 brands across the globe, and holds the distributorship of several international beauty, skincare and lifestyle products brands such as Acca Kappa, Harnn, Scentmaker, Flormarr and The Saem.

The Group holds the franchise for Hogan Bakery from Taiwan which is famous for its \xe2\x80\x9cAlways Just Baked\xe2\x80\x9d products.

It has also acquired watch retailer, Watatime, and Giftmate Sdn Bhd, a company producing GoldArt and OEM premium gift related products..
