JOB SUMMARY To run Product and Sales training for Outlets Sales Personal To propose countermeasures for sales product and development training based on findings and research To drive the creative work to add value to the Sales Advisors KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To support and execute the training of identified new model sales product training and related initiatives To apply creative work in preparing training materials To plan the timeline of the project completion To prepare progressive reports for all projects assigned To liaise with respective divisions to achieve training objectives To take up ad-hoc projects assigned Willing to have short travels to other regions for training purposes whenever required REQUIREMENTS Minimum bachelor\'s degree in human resources or any related field Fresh graduate with no working experience Professional level of spoken and written English, Bahasa Proficient in MS Office applications Proficient in any creative software\'s - Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator Etc Good communication and interpersonal skills
