Job Description
- Initiate discussion with potential tenants, negotiate lease, and finalize rental.
- Conduct site visit with potential tenants.
- Liaise closely with inter-departments on matters pertaining to rental, deposit collection, fit-out, and operations.
- Foster good working relationship with existing and potential tenants.
- Respond and follow up on leasing enquiries and complaints.
- Conduct market survey and competitor research as well as customer surveys.
- Attend to tenancy-related matters including negotiation and issuance of lease documentations such as Letter of Offer for Lease, Tenancy Agreements and other related documents.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports on occupancy and commercial lease related matters to management.
- Possess a Degree in Marketing/ Real Estate Management or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Familiar with property tenancy framework.
- Familiar with current and historic market trends.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
