YOUR MISSION

This role is to lead, plan and monitor marketing communications activities in Malaysia to achieve brand and commercial objectives working with the key stakeholders. This includes:

Drive seasonal marketing initiatives aligned with Global directives

Lead and implement communication planning strategy in Malaysia focusing on Sportstyle, and Run/ Train.

Lead and implement communication planning strategy for Marketplace (Lazada & Shopee).

Task 1: Implement integrated communication plans aligned with SEA marketing seasonal initiatives and product stories. Create and implement activations and events focusing on Sportstyle and Run/ Train.

Task 2: Lead and implement activations/events to engage PUMA's target audience in Malaysia (Sportstyle & Run/Train) to ensure brand visibility and buzz. implement Sportstyle & Run/ Train brand events (Campaign & Product launch, Ideation, Seeding, etc).

Task 3: Implement effective and efficient media strategy, planning and buying working with 449. Conduct post-campaign analysis and evaluation for the Sportstyle and Run/Training Category.

Task 4: Effective management of external agencies

- PR to ensure consistent Sportstyle & Run/Train coverage for Malaysia. Maintaining good relationship with related Media and PUMA Influencers.

- Media agency to ensure effective/efficient strategy for key initiatives to drive awareness/engagement.

Other agencies for successful activations/events.

YOUR TALENT

Education: Bachelor degree in Communications, Marketing or Advertising

Professional: Functional: 1 - 3 year experience

Industry: consumer brands, agency experience is a plus

IT Skills: MS Office

Language Skills: Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a plus; Fluency in English a must
