Identify Ethical Marketing landscape and develop Ethical marketing activity
Work closely with Ethical sales team for execution plan, budget planning and tracking
Work with marketing brand team for HCPs communication plan and HCPs materials
Develop and implement training program to support all roles to achieve company goals
General Responsibilities
Identify Ethical marketing landscape and competitive landscape
Develop Ethical marketing strategy, campaign to support business growth and align with brand strategy and brand positioning
Lead launch readiness program for NPI (pre-launch and post launch plan) to ensure the successful launch of new products in Ethical channel
Work with brand team for HCPs communication plan, material developments, product presentation, and roll out to Ethical team
Work with Ethical Sales Manager to identify skills development needs, and provide training and assessment ie. Product knowledge training, regular product knowledge test (Abbott Sumtotal Program), Consultative selling skills training and in-field with Ethical sales team for further development
Initiate plan, develop presentation, design and ensure approval for all promotional materials, gimmicks, scientific studies, etc. and train medical representatives.
Lead engagement plan with local medical association, Organize activities to ensure that all planned activities will be conducted, as medical meetings, e.g. symposium, booth exhibitions, Doctor Presentation Programs, Midwife Presentation Program, Pharmacy Presentation program, Press Release activities to promote the product and create product acceptance/awareness (Event arrangement & management) and work closely to intergrade CME program by conjunction with Cambodia Medical Association and hospital workshop.
Collaborate with the brand management team to develop marketing strategies and activities based on clients\' business strategy and objectives to achieve annual sales targets.
Other\xe2\x80\x99s task assigned by superiors.

Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and reporting
Education
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Medical Background or
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
Work Experience
Minimum 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role
