  • 1.Provide support to the hiring manager throughout the recruitment process for all positions up to managerial levels.
  • 2. Coordinate with BUs / hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • 3. Provide advisory support on resource and market conditions.
  • 4. Source and manage recruitment and search firms, for resourcing activities.
  • 5. Ensure HR policies are applied consistently.
  • 6. To assist Track Lead to review sales recruitment activities in progress and identify priorities for current and future hiring activities.
  • 7. Participate in career fairs, career talks and other recruitment activities.
  • 8. Perform any other responsibilities/tasks/projects as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
  • At least 4 - 5 years of successful resourcing & recruiting experience.
  • Possess good communication (verbal & written) skill in English.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Possess strong drive, enthusiasm and credibility to deal with people at all levels.
  • Resourceful, organized and highly self-motivated.
  • Strong behavioural interviewing skills.
  • Willing and able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently with good administrative skills.
  • Ability to travel to other states in Malaysia as and when required.
  • Good team player with positive attitude.
