Job Description

Production Planning & Process Control

Manage production planning, process control, inventory management, waste control, and ensure product quality, on-time delivery, and cost/budget control.

Team Leadership & Operations Management

Lead and manage the operations team (Warehouse & Production) to ensure smooth production processes. Oversee production planning across all operations to optimize yield and minimize waste.

Cargo Loading & Unloading Planning

Plan and coordinate tanker and cargo loading and unloading activities.

Maintenance Management

Oversee maintenance of plant machinery and equipment to ensure proper functioning and minimal downtime.

Good Manufacturing Practices & Housekeeping

Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and 5S housekeeping standards at all times.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

Manage overall warehouse operations and inventory to meet daily production targets.
Monitor, maintain, and control product stock, including daily cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and stock adjustments.
Lead monthly physical stock-take activities.
Balance stock levels to meet demand and supply, avoiding overstocking.
Maintain accurate and timely inventory records in the inventory management system (including Excel spreadsheets or other records where applicable).

Other Duties

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a

Diploma or Degree

in

Business Studies, Warehouse & Inventory Management

, or any equivalent field.

2-5 years of relevant working experience

in warehouse operations or inventory management. Strong knowledge of

warehouse operations

and

inventory management

.

Positive work attitude

and willingness to learn.
Language:

English & Malay and Chinese (Preferred)
