Marketing Management
a. To execute marketing and enrolment strategies and plans.
b. To organise and participate in marketing and enrolment activities initiated by the college, the university, schools, agents, embassies or government ministries.
c. To generate leads through adequate and regular marketing activities.
d. To implement school marketing plans and engage in school marketing activities.
e. To identify and explore collaboration projects.
2. Sales Management
a. To achieve both direct and indirect enrolment targets as assigned.
b. To provide effective course counselling to students from all enquiry sources leading to enrolment.
c. To follow up on all leads based on the stipulated turnaround timeline towards enrolment.
d. To establish targeted number of collaboration projects.
e. To master the product knowledge offered by UCSI College.
f. To provide career pathway advice, promote UCSI College courses and execute proper admission process.
g. To use various "approach" and "negotiation" tools/ skills to close sales.
h. To participate in tele-sales marketing
3. Agent Management
a. To identify, evaluate and appoint agents who can contribute to enrolment.
b. To manage agents based on key account management approaches.
c. To provide prompt support and response to agents based on stipulated turnaround time including commission processing, response to enquiries and other matters.
d. To assist agents in student enquiries and registrations.
e. To continuously engage with agents in organising marketing and enrolment activities.
4. Services and Administrative
a. To conduct market survey and prepare market analysis quarterly.
b. To maintain process and operational efficiency of the department
c. To ensure all the marketing proposals and reports are completed and submitted on a timely manner.
d. To ensure sufficient resources to cope with the internal and external activities.
e. To work with Visa Processing Unit to ensure smooth visa application for international students
Requirements
Degree in any field.
Can speak fluently in English & Mandarin.
Pro-active and self motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and a good team player.
Interpersonal skills and abilities.
Possess own transport and willing to travel by him/herself
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
