Duties & Responsibilities
QA Executive (QA Compliance and Auditor)
1. Performing Quality & Food Safety Audit to operation in accordance with 7 Eleven (M) Sdn Bhd QA requirement complete with audit plan and full audit report.
2. Follow up on corrective action of audit finding with operation to close audit findings
3. Provide technical assistance on operation activities and manage food safety and quality system at operation.
4. Support the business on implementation food safety and quality plan by;
i- Establish and publish 7 Eleven Food Safety Awareness poster/video
ii- Establish and update Pre Requisite Program (PRP) document as reference standard to operation
5. As a trainer for 7 Eleven (M) Sdn Bhd QA requirement standard.
6. Assist in customer complaint investigation and legal issue at operation site
7. Assist in product surveillance testing plan and analysis all result (swab test, product testing, water testing etc) with 3rd party laboratory
8. Performing Hand Over inspection for new opening 7 caf\xc3\xa9 stores
9. Performing 7 caf\xc3\xa9 inspection on implementation of 7 Eleven (M) Sdn Bhd QA requirement complete with report.
10. Establish and update cleaning SOP for operation equipment.
11. Verify on consistency for instore product preparation in term of product quality and safety.

Job Requirements
1. Minimum working experience 3 years in food industry (Food Manufacturing, Retail, Restaurant)
2. Must have understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene auditing standards and risk assessment practices
3. Strong planning and organizing, time management, proactive and self driven
4.Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. Proficient in MS Office
6. Able to travel frequently
